Oh boy, am i gonna have a fun 4 day weekend, grounded, and im locking myself in my office so I can listen to music, draw and talk to all you awesome people.]

This is gonna be a fun topic to talk about, but since I don't usually talk about this it'll be weird. So, I had a panic attack today {10/5/16} and I cried for about..oh maybe 2 hours, but whats weird is I don't have a history of any mental illnesses (I'm not saying you have to be diagnosed with something to have a panic attack) and i had never had any panic attacks before, or at least none that I remember.
